Bilastine is a potent, non-sedating, long-acting H1-antihistamine with a high affinity for H1 receptors:

✔️ Dosage & Administration
✔ Adults & Adolescents (12+ years):
- 20 mg tablet once daily (for allergic rhinitis, urticaria, allergic rhinoconjunctivitis)
- Take on an empty stomach with water (optimal absorption)
- If a dose is missed, take the next scheduled dose. Do not take an extra dose.
✔ Children (6 to 11 years):
- 10 mg mouth-dissolving tablet once daily
- Can be placed directly in the mouth or dissolved in a teaspoon of water
- Maximum daily dose: 10 mg
✔ Children (2 to 5 years):
- 4 ml oral solution once daily
